The ideal candidate will be an expert in electrical and instrumentation engineering having hands on experience in site commissioning, troubleshooting and documentation. Partner with the organization to build strategy for project management in electrical and instrumentation department of plants under construction as well as operation and maintenance. Deploy software and provide technical support to all sites under O&M for budgeting and troubleshooting. ,
Responsibilities
- Lead electrical and instrumentation department during design stage as well as provide technical support during execution
- Expected to lead operations and maintenance teams and shoulder responsibilities of coordination with site teams as well as vendors for resolving operational issues on sewage treatment plants pan India.
- Ensure proper documentation for electro-mechanical equipment installed.
- Track and monitor timely repairs, conduct preventive, predictive maintenance, schedule shifts
- Implementing safety and various other trainings.
- Manage statutory payments and ensure employee grievance redressals
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
- 10-15+ years experience in Electrical and Instrumentation engineering
- Strong leadership skills
- Demonstrated expertise in onsite execution and troubleshooting
- Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills
- Attention to detail and budgetting
