Job Description

Were looking for a motivated ( Senior) Regional Operations Manager who will help us drive the company to the next level and have the most direct influence on our success. You will be the main point of contact for Operations department based in Bangalore. For the upcoming years, we expect further growth, which is why we want to expand our strong, dynamic, and ambitious international teams.

This position will be based in Bangalore .
Your Tasks - Paint the world green
  • Ground Operations: Manage day-to-day interactions with operators to ensure no disruption. Support operators on vehicle preparation and customization. Build and nurture strong relationships with bus stations.
  • Operational KPIs and Performance Monitoring : Monitor and improve operators quality performance. Ensure operators adhere to processes and standards. Identify and solve operational risks.
  • Process Optimization: Work with operators to update their information on our platform. Gather feedback from external stakeholders and propose improvements.
  • Vendor Management: Build and nurture strong, positive relationships with operators. Support operators in familiarizing with training content for drivers.
  • Training and Support: Ensure operators have trained all their drivers. Support operators with driver training content. Ensure station agents provide excellent service with the necessary tools and training.
  • Safety and Compliance: Monitor operators adherence to processes and standards. Conduct audits to ensure compliance with safety standards.
  • External Audits and Feedback: Manage external mystery shopping provider for station checks. Gather feedback from external stakeholders and propose improvements.
Your Profile - Ready to hop on board
  • 5-7 years of hands-on experience in operations management, ideally within transportation, logistics, mobility, or delivery sectors.
  • Demonstrated track record in a similar capacity at rapidly scaling startups, with operations, logistic or account management experience
  • Bachelors degree in business, engineering, or a related field
  • Deep understanding and expertise in the consumer tech landscape specific to South India
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Collaborative team player committed to collective success
  • Exceptional adaptability and ability to execute swiftly in dynamic environments
  • Keen attention to detail with an unwavering pursuit of excellence
  • Willingness to travel across South of India
  • Fluent proficiency in English and proficiency in some of the languages: Kannada, Tamil, Telugu, and Malayalam
