Responsibilities
- Overseeing smelter operations and ensuring the efficient and safe production of copper
- Managing the Anod casting process and ensuring quality output
- Monitoring and analyzing production data to identify areas for improvement and optimization
- Implementing and maintaining safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and operational excellence
- Training and mentoring junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
- Participating in the development and implementation of operational strategies to meet business objectives
Qualifications
- 5-9 years of experience in the Copper Business industry
- Bachelor's degree in Metallurgical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related field
