Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Developer experienced in SharePoint Online and PowerApps within the O365 environment. This role involves developing, optimizing, and maintaining SharePoint and Power Platform applications to meet diverse business needs. The ideal candidate will be adept in solution architecture, integration, and collaboration with stakeholders to deliver effective, scalable solutions.

Responsibilities

Analyze customer requirements, document needs, and design technical solutions.

Develop SharePoint solutions for various business challenges using the SharePoint Online environment.

Maintain existing SharePoint applications and develop new applications as needed.

Build reusable code and libraries to optimize for scalability and future use.

Ensure application performance, speed, and responsiveness.

Collaborate effectively with global business units, team members, and stakeholders.

Implement best coding practices and ensure compliance with responsive design standards.

Design and develop solutions using PowerApps (Canvas and Model-driven apps) and Power Automate workflows.

Connect to various data sources, including Dataverse, for Power Platform solutions.

Must-Have Skills

O365 and SharePoint Online: Experience with SharePoint Framework (SPFx) and client-side scripting.

PowerApps: Proficiency in both Canvas and Model-driven apps.

Power Automate: Experience in automating workflows within the Power Platform.

Data Integration: Proficiency in connecting different data sources, including Dataverse.

Solution Architecture: Ability to design scalable solutions and manage large data sets.

JavaScript Frameworks: Knowledge of jQuery and REST API integration.

Responsive Design: Understanding of responsive design principles and integration with SharePoint.

Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication for engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Good-to-Have Skills

Power Virtual Agents: Experience with chatbots within the Power Platform.

AI Builder: Basic understanding of AI integration with Power Platform.

BI Basics: Foundational knowledge of Business Intelligence and reporting tools.

Additional Power Platform Components: Familiarity with other Power Platform tools.
