Senior Negotiator

We aim to empower farmers with the tools and knowledge for sustainable and efficient farming practices.

This is a full-time Senior Negotiator role based in Tiruchirappalli. The Senior Negotiator will be responsible for handling negotiations with suppliers, buyers, and stakeholders. Daily tasks include analyzing market trends, identifying opportunities for cost savings, and managing supplier relationships.

• Negotiation, Communication, and Analytical skills
• Experience in procurement and supplier management
• Knowledge of agricultural industry trends and practices
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field
• Proficiency in local languages and dialects
