Location: Noida, India (WFO)

Job Description

As a Senior Motion Graphic Designer, you will work closely with our Instructional Design Team (content writers) as well as our in-house Production Studio Team to organize and create beautifully animated educational course videos for our online e-learning platform. You will assume responsibility of the production and post-production process end-to-end, making sure that the final product is handed in on time and to high, quality assurance standards.

You will be reporting to a Senior Brand & Design Manager and working from an established set of visual brand guidelines, and you will be expected to advise and lead more junior members of the motion graphics team. The ability to visualize, give creative feedback and input and challenge ideas is essential.

Responsibilities

• Know how to use design to tell a visual story and add value to the learning experience that our learners will love.
• Collaborate with other Graphic Designers as a team
• Be a key member in a multidisciplinary design team
• Creation of animated elements and animated educational videos
• Be able to illustrate your own assets
• Creation of infographics & data-visuals to tell data-driven stories
• Use your design skills to create powerful visual learning aids that will help change people's lives.
• Have strong visualization, organizational and communication skills.

Required skills and qualifications

• Meticulous attention to design detail with typography and layout skills
• Proficient in Adobe CC's Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects and Premier
• Minimum 5+ years of experience is required.
• Ability to create infographics/data-visuals to tell data-driven visual stories
• Illustration and Motion Graphics skills
• Ability to work from branding guidelines
• Strong attention to detail with an ability to work at a fast pace
• Team Player
• Motivated and self-driven and comfortable in a fast moving, dynamic environment.
• A degree in Motion Graphic Design or equivalent
• An understanding of design principles
