Job Description
You are a talented UI/UX Engineer with a strong background in designing and developing user interfaces for platforms and SaaS solutions in the BFSI or pharmaceutical industry. You have a keen eye for detail, a deep understanding of user-centered design principles, and the technical expertise to bring your designs to life for diverse users. Your creativity is matched by your ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop intuitive, user-friendly interfaces for our GRC platform, ensuring a seamless user experience.
- Redesign and continuously look for improving existing interfaces.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into design specifications.
- Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to visualize and communicate design concepts.
- Speak to sales and services peers, and customers as needed to conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs.
- Implement UI designs using front-end technologies, ensuring responsiveness and cross-browser compatibility.
Skills And Experience
- 4+ years of experience in UI/UX design and development, with a focus on platforms and SaaS solutions in the BFSI or pharmaceutical industry.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
- Strong understanding of front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React or Angular.
- Experience with user research methodologies, usability testing, and data-driven design.
- Excellent visual design skills.
- Ability to balance user needs with business goals and technical constraints.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team.
Education
- Bachelor's or master's degree in design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field.
