Job Description
You are an innovative AI/ML Engineer with a passion for developing intelligent solutions that drive business value. You have a deep understanding of SaaS platforms tailored for the BFSI or pharmaceutical industries and understand cyber and GRC data. Your proactive mindset, coupled with your technical expertise, makes you adept at tackling complex challenges.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and AI algorithms to enhance our GRC platform.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Build robust and scalable AI/ML models for GRC data.
- Develop predictive analytics tools to help clients identify and mitigate risks.
- Implement and optimize algorithms for risk assessment and compliance monitoring.
- Perform data analysis and refine models to improve accuracy and performance.
- Collaborate with software engineers to integrate AI/ML models into the SaaS platform.
Skills And Experience
- 3+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with a focus on SaaS solutions for the BFSI or pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong programming skills in Python, R, or similar languages, and proficiency with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
- Knowledge of SaaS architectures and experience working with cloud platforms.
- Experience with data processing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques.
- Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms and natural language processing.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- A passion for innovation, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Education
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Data Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
