Responsible for installation, maintenance and tuning of software for our enterprise transmission applications across our distributed platforms.
Support applications and processes leveraging the following protocols and technologies: SFTP, FTPS, FTP, HTTPS, Connect Direct and PGP encryption.
Support Connect Direct in on-prim and AWS Cloud.
Support PERL, UNIX Shell, and Windows scripting for automated production processes.
Responsible for transmission and automation monitoring tools leveraged by a 24x7 Operations Team.
Engineer transmission processes leveraging our existing infrastructure, tools and procedures.
Provide external client support during client on-boarding and production transmission issues.
Must be able to work with multiple internal Technology, Application and Business Teams to ensure project requirements are clearly outlined and targeted dates are met.
Should be able to provide out of office hours support/Weekend support.
Qualifications Required:
Experience with IBM Managed File Transfer suite of products: Connect:Direct, Sterling File Gateway, Sterling b2b Integrator, Sterling Secure Proxy, Sterling External Authentication Server, Connect:Enterprise, Sterling Control Center, AXWAY.
Must have knowledge on Chef/AWS and able to write cookbook
Must be able to create and analyze business process in B2Bi
Must be able to support critical 24x7 transmission applications on Windows and UNIX operating systems.
Must have good understanding of UNIX and Windows Operating systems.
Must have good communication skills and be well organized.
Ability to manage multiple high priority projects and production issues.
