**Key Responsibilities:**
1. **Media Strategy:** Develop and execute integrated media strategies aligned with marketing goals, optimizing the mix of digital and traditional channels for maximum reach and engagement.
2. **Campaign Management:** Lead end-to-end marketing campaigns, ensuring creativity, targeting, and messaging to boost product awareness and sales.
3. **Performance Analytics:** Use data tools to track, evaluate, and optimize campaign performance for improved ROI and conversions.
4. **Media Buying & Negotiation:** Oversee media buying, negotiating with key platforms for the best placement and rates.
5. **Partnership Management:** Build and maintain relationships with media partners and influencers, coordinating co-marketing initiatives.
6. **Market Analysis:** Stay informed on media trends, consumer behavior, and competitors in the Indian mobile tech industry to inform strategy.
7. **Cross-functional Collaboration:** Align with product, sales, and content teams to ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
**Requirements:**
- 10+ years in brand advertising.
- Experience with digital and traditional platforms (e.g., Google, Facebook, Hotstar, Jio) and direct access to decision-makers.
- Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Expertise in the Indian mobile market and consumer behavior.
