Develop and implement online campaigns that ignite growth for our clients products, leveraging expertise in both Google Ads and YouTube and major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter).
Work with / Partner closely with client managers, media operations and analytics team to shape strategies to drive high engagement and propel business growth; ensuring campaigns are executed, implemented & optimized to maximize campaign effectiveness across channels.
Partner with Product Marketing Managers to achieve their goals and develop integrated campaign programs.
Manage paid campaign execution across Google Ads, major social media platforms, and emerging channels.
Learn, follow and demonstrate a strong understanding of internal policies and procedures.
Continuously monitor, analyze, and optimize campaigns for optimal performance across Google Ads and social media platforms.
Support customer experience testing and optimizations throughout the customer journey (ad creative, ad placement, landing page experience, conversion forms, post-conversion relationship, A/B and multivariate testing, etc) alongside with the media / ad operations team.
Proactively and collaboratively look for opportunities to improve process where needed to increase efficiencies to drive higher business impact.
Lead and manage post campaign performance reporting and presentation to clients.
What we need of you:
Degree preferred, with a strong academic record and demonstrably successful analytical skills.
6-7 years of experience in paid media platforms with a proven track record of creating, executing, and optimizing high-performing campaigns across both Google Ads and major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter).
Hands-on experience in campaign / ad operations (e.g. paid trueview video ads, GDN, paid social, email platform) and understanding of performance metrics (e.g. CTR, CVR).
Familiarity with ad servers, campaign optimization tools, and online tracking technologies is a plus.
Programmatic experience and managing direct buys on major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter) are valued.
Love numbers with strong analytical & articulation skills to analyse, report and present performance / data reports to clients. Think strategically about complex issues, formulating recommendations that drive high ROI.
Experienced / Exposure working with global and / or regional teams & clients. MNCs exposure with performance marketing agencies is a plus.
Proficient in Google Suite: Drive, Docs, Slides, Sheets or equivalent (e.g., Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
High energy and go-getter attitude; work well within a team and independently.
Good written and verbal English communication skills.
Flexible and adaptable to fast-paced / changing environments and business needs.
Sense of humor and strong team orientation; comfortable working with cross-border global / region / local distributed teams.
