Job Summary: The Senior Material Coordinator is responsible for overseeing and managing the flow of materials and supplies within the company. This role involves coordinating with various departments to ensure timely delivery of materials, managing inventory levels, and maintaining accurate records to support production and operational efficiency.

Exposure in Import of material, coordinating with clearing agent for consignment clearance formalities from filing of Bill of entry till material dispatch to store.o

- Oversee and optimize inventory levels across multiple locations; conduct in-depth audits and resolve discrepancies.
Develop and implement material planning strategies in collaboration with production, procurement, and supply chain teams.- Manage key supplier relationships; negotiate contracts, track performance, and ensure timely resolution of supply issues.
Identify inefficiencies in material handling and inventory management; drive initiatives to streamline operations and reduce costs.
- Supervise and mentor junior material coordinators and support staff; provide training and performance feedback.
Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements; generate detailed reports for management review.- Implement and oversee quality control measures for incoming materials; address and resolve quality issues promptly.
Lead and participate in cross-functional projects related to material management and supply chain improvements.
