Job Description

Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Marketing Specialist to drive our marketing efforts and expand our brand presence. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies, managing campaigns, and analyzing performance metrics. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our marketing initiatives align with Clikin Tech's business objectives.
  • Key Responsibilities:
Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote Clikin Tech's SaaS products, enhance brand awareness, and drive customer acquisition and retention.
  • Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital and traditional platforms. Manage budgets and ensure campaigns are delivered on time and within scope.
Content Creation: Oversee the creation of compelling marketing content, including blog posts, case studies, whitepapers, and social media updates. Ensure all content is aligned with brand voice and messaging.
Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape. Use insights to inform marketing strategies and decision-making.Lead Generation: Develop and execute strategies to generate high-quality leads and nurture prospects through the sales funnel.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze marketing metrics, including ROI, conversion rates, and engagement levels. Provide regular reports and recommendations for improvements.
Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product development, and design teams to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with company goals and product offerings.
  • Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on SaaS or technology products preferred.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. Advanced degree or relevant certifications is a plus.Skills:
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
Strong analytical skills and experience with marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in digital marketing platforms (e.g., SEO, PPC, social media).
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
Creative thinking with a data-driven approach.
  • Compensation:
Initial Compensation: Equity Stake (ESOP) for the first few months.
