Job Description
Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced and results-driven B2B Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts and drive customer acquisition in key international markets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B marketing, with specific experience in the technology or consulting sector. They will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to attract and engage potential clients, driving brand awareness, and ultimately generating qualified leads.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive B2B marketing strategy focused on acquiring clients from the US, UK, Europe, Australia, and UAE.
- Identify target market segments and create tailored marketing plans to reach potential clients effectively.
- Lead Generation:
- Design and execute multi-channel lead generation campaigns including email marketing, content marketing, social media, PPC, and SEO.
- Develop and nurture a pipeline of high-quality leads through effective marketing funnels and strategies.
- Content Development:
- Create compelling and targeted marketing content, including case studies, whitepapers, blog posts, webinars, and sales collateral.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure marketing materials effectively support the sales process.
- Digital Marketing:
- Manage and optimize the company's online presence, including the website, social media profiles, and online advertising campaigns.
- Utilize SEO best practices to improve organic search visibility and drive relevant traffic to the website.
- Analytics and Reporting:
- Track, analyze, and report on key marketing metrics and campaign performance to measure ROI and make data-driven decisions.
- Continuously refine and optimize marketing strategies based on performance insights and market trends.
- Partnership and Networking:
- Build and maintain relationships with industry influencers, partners, and potential clients through networking and strategic partnerships.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote our services and expand our network.
Required Skills And Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably within the technology or consulting industry.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies that drive lead generation and customer acquisition.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce solutions and the ability to articulate their value proposition to potential clients.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including CRM systems, marketing automation, SEO tools, and analytics software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling marketing content.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Experience with international markets and an understanding of cultural differences in marketing approaches.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
