About the Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-oriented Marketing Manager with extensive experience in FMCG brand management to drive engagement, loyalty, and growth for our customers across Modern Trade and eCommerce channels. You will be the bridge between Key Account management and Brand owners, utilizing your expertise to inform portfolio and marketing strategies. In this role, you will also be responsible for managing channel schemes and marketing spends to maximize return on investment.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of 3 Product managers to Develop and implement comprehensive customer marketing strategies for Modern Trade and eCommerce channels across all Pidilite consumer Brands.
- Focus on category development in collaboration with customers. This includes:
- Identifying customer needs and opportunities for new product introductions or category expansion within their stores/online platforms.
- Working with customers to co-create marketing campaigns and promotional activities that drive sales growth within specific categories.
- Providing insights and data analysis to support customer decisions regarding product assortment, pricing, and merchandising within their category.
- Develop customized product portfolios tailored to the specific needs and requirements of each customer and channel (Modern Trade vs. eCommerce).
- Develop & own the Annual & Quarterly marketing calendar & deliver category level business plans.
- Generate shopper insights through a variety of methods, both in-store and online and guide actions around Portfolio development & communication design
- Create and manage high-quality content for cataloguing & campaigns specifically tailored for eCommerce channel.
- Create and manage customer lifecycle programs that expand category awareness, convert prospects, and drive repeat buying behaviors.
- Collaborate with the Sales teams to ensure alignment and support customer acquisition and retention efforts.
- Develop and manage customer education programs to ensure customers are knowledgeable about our products, with a specific focus on category expertise.
- Manage channel schemes and marketing spends effectively and lead spend optimization while delivering high effectiveness
- Track and measure the performance of marketing campaigns and report on key metrics (e.g., ROI, customer satisfaction).
- NPD anchor NPD launch planning & execution through sales teams
- Develop shopper insights led collaterals & instore visibility units
- Develop Product & category training modules & training calendar across levels.
