Job Summary:- The Senior Marketing Manager will be responsible for overseeing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy that encompasses content marketing, SEO, learning and development, business development, and market analysis. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in developing and implementing effective marketing initiatives.
- Develop and execute a robust content strategy that aligns with company objectives.
- Oversee content creation, ensuring high-quality and engaging materials for various platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to produce content that supports marketing campaigns and sales initiatives.
- Search Engine Optimization (SEO):
- Implement and manage SEO strategies to improve organic search visibility and drive traffic.
- Conduct keyword research, optimize website content, and monitor performance metrics.
- Stay updated with the latest SEO trends and algorithm changes to ensure best practices are applied.
- Learning and Development (L&D):
- Design and deliver training programs to enhance the marketing team's skills and knowledge.
- Identify skill gaps and create development plans to address them.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional growth within the team.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company's market presence.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and partners.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.
- Analyze data to provide insights and recommendations for marketing strategies.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
- 8-10 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on content marketing, SEO, L&D, and business development.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
