Job Description
This senior-level role is dedicated to driving the marketing strategy for B2B electric mobility solutions. The successful candidate will lead the development and execution of marketing plans, focusing on market insights and data analysis to drive growth and brand positioning. This role requires strong collaboration with cross-functional teams, including sales, customer outreach, and creative units, to align marketing initiatives with business objectives and ensure impactful campaign delivery
Responsibilities. Project Management: Lead diverse, cross-functional teams (regional marketing & sales, customer outreach programs) to manage the end-to-end delivery of marketing strategies across various regions
Data Analysis: Gather and analyse industry data, including trends, triggers, and barriers in industrial mobility, to validate hypotheses and inform strategic decisions through primary or secondary research
Insight Mining: Identify trends in the electric mobility sector, converting insights into actionable marketing and communication strategies that drive business objectives
Marketing Communications: Develop clear briefs for marketing initiatives aligned with business goals. Collaborate with internal and external creative teams to articulate insights, propositions, and campaign expectations. Oversee the development and finalisation of comprehensive marketing communication plans, including owned media, paid media, digital, social, activations, and programming
Campaign Execution: Manage integrated Marketing and Sales campaigns, working closely with internal stakeholders (insights, creative, media, social, partnerships, PR teams) to ensure alignment and support. Drive the execution of marketing action plans, with clear timelines and deliverables for all tactical elements
Target Setting: Define strategic roadmaps for marketing initiatives, setting targets and aligning goals, such as awareness, engagement, and media reach, tailored to specific geographies and Industry segments
Scheduling Inputs: Provide data-backed recommendations for scheduling and planning to the Marketing and Sales teams
Project Tracking & Review: Monitor business and marketing metrics against set targets, ensuring continuous evaluation and adjustment of strategies
Budget Management: Oversee marketing budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources and adherence to financial plans across various cost categories
Performance Measures (KPIs). Qualified Leads (MQL to SQL). CTQ (Cost, Timeline, Quality) of projects undertaken. Cross-functional collaboration. Requirements. Expected Knowledge,

Expertise in marketing communications, including developing briefs and guiding creative teams for integrated campaigns
Experience in budget management with a focus on optimising spending and ensuring financial efficiency
Fluent in English; additional language
Skills are advantageous, especially for markets
Expertise in tools such as CRM, Excel workbook, Cloud data management. Expected Qualification. Completed MBA degree with minimum 6.0 CGPA in one of the below disciplines:. Marketing. Sales. Maximum total experience should not exceed 10 years
