Reporting into the managing director and managing a team, you will be responsible for:
- New Business Development in Indian pharma Agrochemical industry
- Strategizing the entry to new segments
- Appointment of new distributors in India
- Formulating the business plans along with forecasting analysis for assessment of revenue potential in business opportunities
- Analyzing reviewing the market response/ requirements and communicating the same to the sales teams for the accomplishment of business goals
- Finalizing channel-to-market strategy and implement the plan accordingly
An Ideal Candidate
- Exposure to Indian pharma market
- Should have experience in India international sales
- Should have a strong chemical background
- Excellent communication skills
- Work Experience: 8 to 12 years
- Open to travelling extensively
- Should have experience in team management
