What are we looking for

1. We are looking for a individual with a passion for e-commerce. someone who not only understands it, but also works with us to redefine it

2. A go-getter attitude. The person should like to learn new things and be open to taking up any task

2. The candidate should be a hustler who knows how to figure out things on his own. Though there will be continuous guidance from the team, but the candidate should not be dependent on others to complete a task

3. The candidate should be willing to learn new things as well as manage different verticals

What are your responsibilities

1. You would be responsible for leading the D2C arm of Salty accessories. This includes our website and mobile application

2. Manage multiple functions - You would be working closely with members handling performance marketing, retention, affiliate etc

3. You would be responsible to manage the D2C P&L. You would be scaling our website and app sales as well as increase app downloads

4. You would be a face for the company in front of external stakeholders

Requirements

1. You must be a people person.
2. 4-7 years of experience in e-commerce
3. This is an in-office role, so you must be comfortable to travel to Okhla Phase 3
4. Must be a team worker
