Position Overview: As a Senior Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing initiatives to drive customer engagement, retention, and revenue growth. You will lead a talented team, manage agency relationships, conduct market research, and oversee budget allocation to maximize marketing effectiveness and achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Marketing Strategy: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business goals, leveraging both digital and conventional marketing channels.
- Marketing: Oversee digital marketing efforts, including website optimization, email marketing campaigns, social media management, and online advertising, to enhance brand visibility, generate leads, and drive customer acquisition.
- Marketing: Implement traditional marketing tactics such as print advertising, direct mail campaigns, events, and sponsorships to reach target audiences and reinforce brand positioning in relevant markets.
- Management: Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, support, and feedback to drive performance, foster collaboration, and ensure the successful execution of marketing initiatives.
- Management: Manage relationships with external marketing agencies, vendors, and partners, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives, effective project management, and optimal delivery of services.
- Research and Analysis: Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights to inform marketing strategies, identify emerging trends, and capitalize on opportunities for differentiation and competitive advantage.
- Management: Develop and manage marketing budgets, allocating resources effectively across initiatives to maximize ROI and achieve marketing KPIs and objectives within established financial parameters.
Collaboration: Foster collaboration and alignment with internal stakeholders, including sales, product management, and customer service teams, to ensure cohesive messaging, seamless customer experiences, and alignment with overall business objectives.
Qualifications:
- Good academic performance (class 10th/12th, in undergrad and post graduation)
- Apart from above graduation should be an MBA from top/A level business school
- Worked in a known consumer / direct to consumer / ecommerce company / agency for atleast 4-5 yrs or above
- experience (8+ years) in marketing roles with 3 to 5 years+ managerial experience with a focus on both digital and conventional marketing strategies.

- in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, social media management tools, and email marketing platforms.
- Excellent communication skills written and spoken in English and Hindi
