We are seeking a passionate and driven Marketing Analyst to join our growing team who can play a key role in measuring and optimizing our marketing efforts across all channels. You'll be responsible for creating a comprehensive marketing dashboard that tracks performance across the entire funnel, from brand awareness to lead generation and sales conversion.
You'll Be Responsible For:
- Work closely with the marketing team to design and develop a multi-channel, multi-funnel marketing dashboard (Tableau, Looker etc) that provides a holistic view of online and offline marketing performance
- Utilize marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, Hubspot, Salesforce etc.) to track key performance indicators (KPIs) across all stages of the marketing funnel (brand awareness, middle funnel engagement, bottom funnel conversions)
- Generate reports, analyze the kpis of various marketing channels (social media, events, email marketing, paid advertising, etc.) and calculate return on investment (ROI) for each
- Assist with managing website tags and setting up campaign tracking
- Utilize marketing automation tools and marketing analytics platforms to track campaign performance, identify areas for improvement, and enable the team to make data-driven decisions
- Stay up-to-date on the latest digital marketing trends and technologies
We're Looking for Someone Who:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing Analytics, Business Analytics, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of experience in marketing analytics or a similar role
- Proven experience with marketing analytics tools like Google Analytics, marketing automation platforms (Marketo, Hubspot, etc.), CRM software (Salesforce), social media analytics tools, paid advertising platforms (Google Ads, etc.) and experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.)
- Experience with A/B testing and marketing attribution modeling
- Understanding of marketing automation workflows, campaign management and B2B demand generation funnel
- Stellar analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset
- Impeccable communication and interpersonal skills, fostering strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment and excels at project management, communication, and organization
- Knowledge of generative AI tools for marketers to increase efficiency in marketing processes and drive innovation
- Be flexible to wear multiple hats in a fast-paced startup environment, pivoting as needed to drive business results
