What you will do
- You will be a part of the team which helps customers to migrate their existing solutions to Redwood
- The main task for migration QA will be to ensure that customer project migrated successfully and raise any issues which may appear on the way
- Communication with client success team will be also in place
- QA migration team will be led by experienced QA lead on the client side.
Must haves
- 3-6 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong manual QA background (no AQA knowledge required)
- Experience with migration project testing
- Experience in collaboration with customer support team
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as within a collaborative environment
- Proficient in Windows and Linux/UNIX operating systems
- Proficient in software collaboration tools such as JIRA
- Proficient in testing and debugging of web-based applications
- Working knowledge of database concepts (eg: Oracle,MySQL,PostgreSQL)
- Working knowledge of networking architecture
- Working knowledge of security standards (e.g. SSL, Certificates)
Nice to haves
- Working knowledge of SAP applications
- Working knowledge of SOAP/REST based APIs
- Working knowledge of distributed architectures
- Basic understanding of Docker or similar technologies
