Job Description

Saks is looking for SeniorManager - Workday Integrations to support the business and serve as the face of HR Solutions supporting/enabling business priorities leveraging Workday HCM and Finance.

Workday Integrations Senior Manager will function as an expert for workday integrations spread across HR & Finance areas and advise, communicate, and collaborate with the business partners to ensure effective and timely delivery/maintenance of workday integrations.

What you will do

  • Understand and analyze business requirements to determine integration solutions across various types of tools and technologies, documentation of requirements, solutions and impacts, alternatives, and final decisions.
  • Participate in discovery sessions or workshops with our business partners in HR and Finance
  • Work in a team environment, coordinating with teammates, Global Process Owners, and members of IT.
  • Provide status reports to the leadership, keep them apprised of overall project situation.
  • Role - You will architect and help your team in the design, development, and implementation of Workday's integrations with other internal and external systems.
  • Lead and close various operational tasks or projects including, but not limited to: Triage ticket intake and resolution with internal partners, partner with SMEs to support Annual Cycle Activities and new feature implementation, participate in rotational ownership of leading Workday updates/projects.
  • Work closely with HR, Finance leadership, business partners and technical teams, lead design and process development, gather and define requirements, recommendations, document changes for change control purposes, design and implement solutions, and ensure user ease of adoption and will support the organization in achieving optimized transactions and processes.
  • Review, test and implement bi-annual Workday releases; Lead on determining impact, presenting suggested new features in detail with final recommendations to management on which to implement; participate in regression testing for new system features and communication of changes/benefits to end-users.

Who you are

  • Degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 10+ years of progressive experience within Workday Integrations. Functional specialization is desired but not mandatory. This position requires good communication skills.
  • Have experience in leading teams for technology related projects and initiatives
  • Experience with architecting different types of workday integrations such as EIB, Core Connectors, Document Transformations, and Studio.
  • Broad range of experience with information technology solutions for HR, process/systems/technical analysis, systems implementation, and operations. ported
  • Strong communication skills essential for effective collaboration within our global team.
  • Mandatory previous implementation and configuration experience of Workday
  • Analyze business requirements and provide techno-functional advice with respect to current configurations and implementation
  • Maintain and support existing configurations by resolving defects, enhance and apply required updates, as necessary.
