Senior Manager Treasury

1. Banking Relationships:

o Build and maintain strong relationships with banks, NBFCs, DFI, and

financial institutions at senior levels

o Negotiate term sheets and agreements with financing partners.

2. Experience in Resource mobilisation / Fund raise

3. Securitisation / PTC -must have structured and done securitisation

transaction.

4. Experience of co-lending tie up

5. Good relationships with Rating agencies

6. Should have raised funds through money market (CP) and capital market

instruments (NCDs).

7. Well verse with SEBI compliances and procedures.

8. Off shore fund raising experience shall be preferred.

9. ALM and cash flow Management

10. Covenant and compliance management of borrowings.

11. Experience in conducting joint enders meeting /consortium meetings.
