Key Responsibilities Include

  • Employee and Customer Experience:
    • Design and lead initiatives to enhance employee and customer experience using design thinking methodologies.
    • Develop and implement customer experience strategies to improve satisfaction and loyalty.
    • Conduct regular employee and customer feedback surveys, analyze results, and create action plans based on feedback.
    • Implement improvements and monitor the impact on employee and customer satisfaction.
  • Digital Transformation:
    • Lead digital transformation initiatives to improve digital interactions with employees and customers.
    • Develop and execute digital experience strategies aligned with company goals.
    • Collaborate with various departments to integrate digital tools and platforms that enhance the overall experience.
    • Monitor and report on the progress and impact of digital transformation projects.
  • Innovation Programme:
    • Design and implement an innovation programme to foster a culture of creativity and continuous improvement.
    • Create an innovation charter outlining the goals, processes, and expected outcomes.
    • Organize innovation workshops, hackathons, and idea generation sessions.
    • Track and report on the progress of innovation initiatives.
  • Change Management:
    • Lead change management initiatives to ensure smooth adoption of new processes and technologies.
    • Develop and execute change management strategies aligned with company goals.
    • Collaborate with various departments to integrate new tools and processes.
    • Monitor and report on the progress and impact of change management projects.
Functional Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of projects with business objectives.
  • Provide expertise and guidance on best practices in employee and customer experience, digital transformation, and innovation.
  • Develop training programs to build internal capabilities in these areas.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and innovations.
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field. A Master s degree is preferred.
  • Experience:
    • Minimum of 6-8 years of experience in a related role, total 10-12 years of experience in technology company
    • Proven track record in designing and leading employee and customer experience projects.
    • Demonstrated experience in digital transformation initiatives.
    • Experience in designing and implementing innovation programmes.
    • Experience in change management.
  • Skills:
    • Strong leadership and project management skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to analyse data and make data-driven decisions.
    • Proficiency in digital tools and platforms.
    • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
    • Experience in organizing workshops, hackathons, and competitive events.
