What You Will Do:
Lead a team of talented engineers in designing, developing, and maintaining cloud architecture for ServiceMax core product areas
Lead an on-call team for monitoring production systems to ensure SLAs are met
Collaborate with Cyber Securiy leaders for implementing security compliance standards and performing incident response
Contribute expertise to continually make team more efficient and keep them motivated
Mentor engineers and create a collaborative and inclusive team environment
What You Bring to ServiceMax:
A strong understanding of cloud infrastructure technologies, cloud security, and production operation on AWS
Minimum of 7 years direct hands-on experience working with cloud production environments
3+ years of production experience with container technologies such as Docker, Kubernete
3+ years of hands-on experience in developing cloud automation in Terraform & Ansible
In-depth experience working in Unix/Linux operating systems and shell scripting
A strong understanding of building and operating DevOps pipeline
Strong communication skills and high emotional intelligence
Ability to mentor, lead, and inspire others

AWS Certified Solution Architect Professional
AWS Certified Solution DevOps Engineer Professional
AWS Certified Developer Professional
