Key responsibilities include:
- Lead small and medium process change projects involving technical system changes.
- Act as the business product owner for HR related teams and be a Point of contact for all Business requests related to compensation and Benefits.
- Work with Service, the Rewards CoE, Embedded HR and the wider business to understand the nature of problems they are facing, and what desirable solutions look like.
- Create detailed mock-ups of solutions before they are built and help communicate it to the customers.
- Participate in larger projects which require changes to Compensation and Benefits, including systems integration.
- Work with Documentation Analyst, Process SME to keep document sets/global knowledge articles up to date.
- Take accountability for system-based VOC and fix issues noted by submitter in partnership with Technical.
- Look for opportunities to Improve the Processes by leveraging the systems.

- Familiarity with either a global compensation solution (Workday Compensation) and a global or regional benefits aggregation system
- Ideally, familiarity with managing 3rd party vendors integrating into HCM solutions for Benefits
- Overall experience of 10 years with Relevant experience (4-6 years) in handling HR or Technical functions.
- Possess in depth knowledge of HR activities to be able to support the Process and Systems.
- Strong Business knowledge of compensation and benefits processes to develop a best possible technical solutions
- Should be able to successfully interact with HR, CoE and Technical stakeholders
- Familiarity with process improvement practices (Lean Six Sigma)
- Working in an Agile team is an added advantage.
- Experience in Continuous Improvement Processes, Managing the HR activities and capacity planning with the available tools.
- Have an experience in managing Global processes and projects.
- Should be C&B specialist with a systems and process background.
- Experience on working in a matrix environment.
- Should be able to lead projects/ programmes with excellent communication skills.
- Will be required to engage with Senior stakeholders across different geographics.
- Process methodology to delivery work.
- Techno functional experts.
- Workday know how and HR modules on Performance & Reward modules.
Qualification Required
- BTech or BE with MBA/PGDM from with specialization in HR.
- Six Sigma certifications/ Project Management certification will be added advantage.
- Workday experience is a must
