Your Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced team member to join the strategy team. This role is pivotal in shaping horizontal demand charters across categories and supply chain, driving both business and product strategies, and ensuring we deliver exceptional value to our customers. The ideal candidate will be a generalist with analytical rigor, end to end ownership mindset and strong program management skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy to drive strategic initiatives across businesses.
• Strategic Planning and Documentation: Develop detailed Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and collaborate closely with the business, product, supply chain team and other stakeholders to design and implement process and product improvements from inception to deployment.
• Identify data-driven insights / market trends and opportunities to expand our offerings and market presence.
• Build robust processes to scale 0-1 programs effectively and move them to BAU.

• Ability to think strategically, solve problems, and make data-driven decisions
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills to convey program status, insights, and recommendations effectively
• Strong bias for action. Ability to work under pressure and deliver tangible business impact in time-critical situations
