Job Title: Senior Sales Manager - FAO

Location: Bangalore

Work Type: Remote

Responsibilities:

  • Manage all F&A/ FAO related sales in India
  • Continuous feet on the street for building the sales pipeline and closing the deals
  • Do sales pitches for potential customers/internal stakeholders
  • Work with the lead generation team and come up with new techniques of increasing the database of prospects
  • Lead the discussion on all RFI/RFPs with prospects
  • Co-ordinate with the Pricing team to come up with a winning solution
  • Identify and recommend services and products for cross sell & up sell opportunities
  • Work with the Marketing team to improve Exela position in all related searches for vendors
  • Regularly meet and connect with newly converted customers
  • Continuously update existing customers with new capabilities developed and look out for additional/new business lines

Primary Skills

  • 10 yrs to 15 years of strong sales background with a proven track record of selling F&A services to domestic/international customers for at least 10 years
  • Consistent and demonstrable past wins in the F&A/ FAO domain.
  • Must have strong industry connects that could convert into deal closures within 2 quarters
  • Excellent skills in research, and must have superior verbal and written communication skills.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and team building skills
