The IT Development Authority provides expert knowledge, working in line with the technology roadmap and standards to develop applications / products.The IT Development Authority focusses upon development of programme logic for new applications / products or analysis and modification of logic in existing applications (activities may also include elements of technical testing). Job Description
12 15 years in Siebel Technical Architect role
- Production of In year and 2-5 year system roadmaps to direct planned technical upgrades, capacity uplifts, decommissioning through functional convergence (in conjunction with broader technology stack evolution), and ad-hoc patches in conjunction with Annual Q+ programme demand. This will result in measured continuous improvement for the overall technical fitness of the Domain.
- Participation in design reviews and assurance activities throughout the Development lifecycle ensuring compliance to Domain systems capability, domain roadmaps, and technical target architecture throughout the development life cycle.
- Challenge up stream requirements and design activity to ensure a fair compromise of functional and non-functional requirements are being considered in releases to drive out of the box application strengths, infrastructure longevity to at least 18 months, and kept simple and cost effective.
- Lead and assure the Domain LLD effort for technical transformation demand being a key sign-off of technical artefacts (Low Level Design, Migration Designs, Implementation & Test Approaches, Operational Support Handover, etc.).
Essential
Broad awareness of Telecom Architecture, TMF and Telecom Processes.
Excellent hands on in MS Excel, Power BI , MS teams
Good Knowledge of SAFe Framework, Agile and broad ADM concepts to interact with leads.
