We are currently hiring a dynamic and skilled Senior Manager to head our Salesforce System Administration team. Your main focus will be on leading all aspects of the Salesforce platform, guaranteeing its functionality, and spearheading its strategic utilization throughout the organization. The perfect candidate will possess a strong technical understanding of Salesforce administration, outstanding leadership abilities, and a strategic approach to optimise our Salesforce instance and achieve our business objectives!
What you'll get to do
- Manage a team of Salesforce Administrators, providing mentorship, guidance, and leadership to ensure efficient system performance and user support
- Oversee day-to-day administration, including but not limited to user management, profiles, roles, permissions, workflows, processes, and customisation
- Develop and maintain documentation related to system configuration, processes, and integration points
- Collaborate with team members from various departments to gain a comprehensive understanding of business requirements and effectively translate them into technical specifications within Salesforce
- Lead initiatives to enhance system functionality and optimize processes to improve efficiency and user experience
- Stay updated with Salesforce releases and features, evaluating their potential impact on the organization and implementing relevant updates
- Experience with Amazon Connect, or familiarity with integrations using other third-party systems is a plus
- Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and security within Salesforce through effective data governance practices and compliance with regulatory requirements
- Apply effective data management techniques, which involve monitoring, cleansing, and enhancing data quality
- Develop and deliver training programs for Salesforce users, ensuring they become proficient in efficiently using Salesforce capabilities
- Provide support for complex issues and system errors that require additional attention, working closely with technical teams and Salesforce support when vital
- Partner with senior management to develop a Salesforce roadmap aligned with organizational goals and objectives
- Communicate Salesforce strategy, initiatives, and accomplishments to team members, encouraging positive relationships throughout the organisation
Your experience should include
- 10+ years of experience in Salesforce administration, with at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial role leading all aspects of a team of administrators
- Proven track record of successful Salesforce implementations and enhancements in a complex organizational environment
- Detailed knowledge of effective Salesforce approaches and techniques, encompassing configuration, customization, and integration
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively convey technical information to individuals with non-technical backgrounds
- Should have prior experience in driving the system roadmap like upgrades and new rollout. Any experience with integrating or having integrated contact center software would be beneficial
- Skilled professional with the ability to prioritize initiatives based on business needs and successfully drive projects to completion
You might also have
- bachelors degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
- Salesforce.com Administrator (ADM201 and ADM211) certification required
- Additional certifications such as Advanced Administrator (ADM301) or Sales/Service Cloud Consultant preferred
