Qualifications:
MBA/B.E/B.Tech
Experience - 12 - 20 years in Metal industry (Rolling Mills, Processing Lines, Steel Making ) with
reputed Indian or Global firm in Industrial segment
Sales/ Marketing/ Business Development
Knowledge of AC Induction/Sync Motors, AC Drives, PLC SCADA, Level 1 Automation,
Process Models, Level 2 Automation System, Power System & Field sensors
Skills - Presentation, Communication, and customer relations, Business Account handling
Min.2 strong references from Metals Industry, CRM handling

Job profile:
Reporting to Sales Head
Building Customer relationship, TMEIC brand promotion
Understanding Customer needs and enquiry
Review of offers, Project costing and estimations along with Sales application team, Front
end sales across India
Competitor analysis, market intelligence co-ordination with Sales Head
Market Leads & co-ordinate timely and complete provision of the requisite inputs for
processing proposals
Business projections short term and mid-term, reports generation, Planning
Conducting commercial terms and price negotiations, incl. systematic documentation
and communication of the negotiation results, to ensure achievement of the planned
volume of new orders in line with the stipulated positive margin
Direct contribution to order intake and contribution margin to achieve BU business
targets
Coordinate with Engineering, Project management cross functional teams
Requirement:
Basic knowledge of E & A Systems - Automations System, Motor, Drives, Transformers,
MCC, Power Systems
Domain knowledge of Metals industry mainly rolling and processing etc
Presales- Technical Discussions with the customer, Approval of TMEIC products, solutions
Metals Market Intelligence & networking
Participating in Technical Meetings with the customers
Negotiation Skills
Understanding of Indian contract/Commercial terms, INCOTERMS and Indian duty and
Taxation regulations
Good business contacts and customer relationship in Indian Steel Industry
Frequent travelling to customers/ sites for meeting 15-20 days of the month
Sales experience in region/Pan India is preferred
Candidate should be open to relocate from base location depending upon business needs
