As part of the Tube sales organization in India, in this role, your mission is to promote and sell the organizations products and services within an assigned list of customer accounts to achieve significant sales targets. This role reports to Product Area Sales Leader withing Sales Unit India. Your base location shall be Ahmedabad (Gujarat).. Your Main Task And
Responsibilities Include:. Manage sales of the Tube products and services to defined customers within an assigned geographical territory.. Retain existing business, market share and achieve new customer development targets assuring profitable product mix.. To anticipate and understand customer needs and match them with our product offering to maximize customer value and sales profit.. Drive Sales and Key Strategic Marketing initiatives to meet Sales Plans in the given area. Develop the next level of growth strategy plan for assigned Tube Business in India. Customer management involves forecasting, relationship building, managing pricing and ARCs, performance reporting.. To collect and communicate relevant business and market intelligence to product and sales management by using the applicable systems.. Establish annual, quarterly, monthly, or weekly sales plans and prioritize and schedule own activities so these targets are met.. Core Industrial process knowledge and application know-how is crucial.. About You. We are looking for someone holds a bachelors degree or above.. You shall have minimum 15+ years direct sales experience in B2B industry. Working experience in Stainless Steel Tube applications -is a plus. Solid
Skills and knowledge of sales process and market insight in specific segments like Refinery, Fertilizers, Chemicals, Steel, O&G. Capable of Customer Relationship Management Systems and Microsoft Office software. Knowledge of metallurgy and corrosion will be an advantage.. You shall be smart with business acumen and learning
