Job Roles and Responsibility

• Resolve difficult radio network issues and incidents according to agreed SLAs.
• Execute preventive and corrective activities ensuring network quality and continuity of service and the restoring time for RAN Network elements.
• In collaboration with 1^st Line Operations teams, work out procedures related to the analysis of alarms to detect and eliminate faults.
• Perform data configuration, software rollout and support integration activities according with network development plans.
• Implements new procedures and operational processes for efficiency and optimisation of activities to meet the SLAs/KPIs (automation and artificial intelligence).
