We have strategically segmented our business into three Business Segments as explained below. We are rapidly growing the revenue in all the three segments.

Speciality Chemicals Segment : We propose to launch a new platform of Diketene & its value-added derivatives, forward integrate our crop protection chemicals to value-added agrochemicals (Herbicides, Fungicides & Insecticides) by adding new facilities. We are an established partner of choice in CDMO, with more Invest plans in GMP & Non-GMP multi-product facility for Pharma & Crop Protection customers.

Nutrition & Health Solutions Segment : We propose to expand the existing capacity of Vitamin B3 to continue being one of the market leaders and introduce new branded animal as well as human nutrition and health premixes.

Chemical Intermediates Segment : We propose to expand our existing acetic anhydride capacity and add value added anhydrides and aldehydes and enhance volumes in speciality ethanol.

We have 5 world-class manufacturing facilities i.e. One in UP at Gajraula, Two in Gujarat at Bharuch and Baroda, Two in Maharashtra at Nira and Ambernath . We operate 61 Plants across these 5 sites giving is multi-plant and multi-location advantage.

The Position

Organization: - Jubilant Ingrevia Limited

Designation & Level: - Senior Manager- Projects

Band / Grade / Level: - L4

Location: - Greater Noida

Key Responsibilities

• Planning:
• Gathering information on approved capex for listing out activities to define the scope of the project .
• Linking the activities to match the sequence of capex execution.
• This includes DCI, PO / Contract plans and constructions schedules all integrated which is being entrusted upon this role for the first time. Earlier it was scattered
• He shall be visiting sites more to understand the real time construction schedules issues, baseline v/s actual as a value added proposition which was not the case earlier.
• All planners including the one on rolls and all outsourced ones will be reporting to Rajat to make this centre of excellence of project planning end to end.
• Scheduling:
• Start/End dates to meet the target date of overall capex closure.
• Considering practically feasible durations in preparing the schedule & optimizing the durations wherever possible.
• Review the project schedule with senior management and all other staff that will be affected by the project activities; revise the schedule as required with reference to baseline.
• Monitoring & Updating
• Co-ordination with cross functions/ departments/site and Tracking & updating the project on timely basis.
• Comparing of Actual Schedule with Baseline Schedule.
• Manage project staff and/or volunteers according to the established policies and practices of the organization.
• Monitor the progress of the project and make adjustments as necessary to ensure the successful completion of the project.
• Revision of Planned dates in case of changes in capex during execution.
• Sharing reports to Project Manager, design department & concerned people for Backlog till date & 2 weeks Look Ahead Schedule to focus on activities for smooth project execution.
• Reporting:
• Preparing the Different Filters and Layouts.
• Identification of the Critical path.
• Balance equipment's to supply.
• Activities must be Finish as on Date.
• Look-ahead Schedule.
• Project Progress Report.
• Finish date variance reports Schedule.
• Foster Teamwork:
• Review of the progress with concerned personnel's / authorities.
  
  

Work cooperatively and effectively with others to set goals, resolve problem, and make decisions that enhance organizational effectiveness

Other than above responsibility, following are additional responsibilities for the position

• Act as a control point as centrally responsible for all the plans to be stitched at one place
• This includes DCI, PO / Contract plans and constructions schedules all integrated.
• Site inspection/ control: Visit sites to understand the real time construction schedules issues, baseline v/s actual as a value added proposition which was not the case earlier.
• All planners including the one on rolls and all outsourced ones will be reporting to the position to make this centre of excellence of project planning end to end come true.
• Will work as a Project Lead on a couple of small value projects to be managed
  
  

The Person

• Qualifications & Experience
• B.Tech- Mechanical Engineer with 15+ years of experience
• Attention to details
• PMP certification
• Analytical and Critical thinking skills
• General Awareness: Knows the fundamental or has general understanding of concepts.
• Working Knowledge: Has broad job knowledge, knows to apply the full range of concepts and practices and has broad/working knowledge of the subject. Candidate should use these concepts in day-to-day practices.
• Functional Expert: Candidate is certified functional expert with strong knowledge on concepts.
• Mastery: Candidate is subject matter expert and has command over the subject/concepts
• Personal Characteristics
• Good interpersonal and people management skills. Excellent in verbal and written communication.
• A strategic thinker and a result-driven doer, has the ability to understand business needs, provide strategic support, find solutions, and put good ideas into action.
• Ability to work in a matrix organization.
