ERP (Oracle) implementation across different legal entities and Business units for various activities under Project Finance especially revenue recognition based on Percentage of completion (PoC) and time charge method
Coordination with global ERP implementation team and Project Finance team to take key decisions w.r.t the ERP (Oracle) implementation
Working closely with teams to get different entities ready for Oracle implementation after ensuring correctness, completeness and relevance of data
Work towards compliance with NI 52-109 for all Project Finance controls in an Oracle environment
Provide Internal Audit support
Review processes and suggest improvements
Analysis of Working capital for various businesses/ projects
Perform Project reviews and timely identification of risks and opportunities.
Comparison of actuals vs budgets /forecasts and identifying reasons for variations
Contribute to delivering Business Unit P&L, annual budgets and quarterly forecasts
Coordination with different team members including project leaders, business partners and GBS
Review of various reports like utilisation reports, time cost reports, etc. and reaching logical conclusions
Analysing the cost to complete of different projects
Good understanding of the business and analysing the numbers based on the business understanding
Provide ad-hoc reporting and reconciliations as required
Preparing and finalising reports pertaining to various projects for Global reporting
Reviewing and carrying out project wise, Business Unit wise cost & margin analysis and providing reasons for the erosion/ gain of margins
