Job Description

Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development and execution of comprehensive go-to-market strategies for new features and product updates.
  • Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Craft compelling product messaging and positioning that resonates with target audiences across various industry verticals.
  • Oversee the creation of high-quality marketing collateral, including website content, case studies, and sales enablement materials.
  • Collaborate closely with product, sales, customer success, and engineering teams to ensure seamless product launches and ongoing communication.
  • Develop and deliver product training programs for internal stakeholders, empowering them to sell and support the Happay platform effectively.
  • Champion product marketing best practices within the organization and stay abreast of industry trends.
  • Analyze marketing campaign performance using key metrics and KPIs to measure success and optimize future initiatives.
Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably within a B2B SaaS company.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful go-to-market strategies.
  • Strong understanding of the business expense management (T&E) landscape and its challenges.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft clear, concise, and engaging content.
  • Adept at data analysis and comfortable using marketing automation tools.
  • A collaborative mindset with the ability to build strong relationships across cross-functional teams.
  • Passion for innovation and a desire to make a significant impact on a high-growth company.
Bonus points for:
  • Experience in developing and managing product marketing budgets.
  • Expertise in content marketing and lead generation strategies.
  • Knowledge of SEO and SEM best practices.
