Senior Manager, Process Excellence
Gurgaon, India

Your new role
As our new Senior Manager, Process Excellence, you will be leading a team of high-performing individual contributors, and you will be leading a portfolio of process optimisation projects driven through lean SixSigma methodology across Corporate functions as well as with business entities in Ramboll's global matrix structure. You will be based in our Cybercity, Gurugram office and be part of a global leadership team with members from Denmark and India.
Your key responsibilities will be:
- Continuously develop and maintain the frameworks around Process Excellence to enable process improvements, digitalisation and automation where relevant
- Leading and overseeing diverse cross functional projects to improve processes and quality, such as quality enhancement of global work-sharing, HR and Finance operations improvements, development of global Procurement processes, etc.
- Engage with and bring senior stakeholders onboard the process excellence journey
- Lead and facilitate project meetings and workshops, such as process design sessions
- Lead, develop and motivate the core team of high-performing process excellence specialists
Your new team
You will report to the Group Director, Business Transformation, and you will become part of Ramboll's global Operational Excellence function whose ambition is to implement holistic operational processes, tools, and governance in Ramboll that enable efficient global collaboration toward our clients goals. About You

Whilst we look forward to supporting your continued learning and development, for this role we have identified some qualifications, skills, and capabilities that will set you up for success.
These include:
- Educational qualifications: Minimum graduate degree in engineering, business administration, economics or similar, and preferably Master's degree
- 8+ years of relevant experience, i.e. working hands-on with process optimisation with diverse and senior stakeholders in an international corporate setting, preferably within the AEC industry
- Extensive of processs improvement / lean methodologies. Preference will be given to candidates with Lean / SixSigma certification
- People manager experience, and you are known to have an inclusive leadership style, where you enjoy setting the direction, leading from the front and inspiring and empowering others to deliver high performance
- Very good communication and presentation skills, in English and other languages
