Job Profile: Senior Manager Data Science
The primary responsibility of the Automation Engineer will be to analyse, design, deliver and document innovative solutions focusing on driving efficiency and productivity, optimizing processes through advanced automation techniques. This role involves working closely with cross-functional leadership teams and practices to identify automation opportunities, create detailed process maps, understand existing process maps, and implement automation solutions.

- Serve as a strategic partner providing guidance and support in the development and execution of the company's strategic initiatives.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration across departments and teams, ensuring alignment and coordination of efforts
- Conduct research and analysis on key business issues, providing insights and recommendations to support decision-making
- Drive the execution of strategic projects and initiatives, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful completion.
- Provide analytical support to aid decision-making processes, offering insights and recommendations
We will count on you to:
- Design, develop, implement and manage automation workflows and solutions.
- Analyse and map processes to identify inefficiencies and create accurate process maps.
- Identify and implement automation opportunities using tools like RPA to streamline tasks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and facilitate workshops to align processes with business objectives.
- Drive process improvements to optimise workflows and meet evolving business needs
- Document processes comprehensively and ensure up-to-date documentation accessible to stakeholders
- Integrate and monitor automation solutions, providing training and support to employees
- Build and scale automation capability within IKS business
What you need to have:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an emphasis on research & product development
- Ability to design, develop, and implement automation workflows and solutions across various business processes
- Ability to document and analyze business processes, workflows, and systems
- Experience with automation tools and platforms like Power Apps, Power Automate etc.
- Experience with programming languages like Python, VBA and related frameworks for custom automation solutions
- Understanding of HTML tags, and parsing techniques
- Familiarity with RPA (Robotic Process Automation) and implementation
- Strong and problem-solving skills
- Ability to identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvements
- Basic understanding of databases and SQL for data extraction and manipulation
- Experience with integrating automation solutions with existing systems and applications
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results within deadlines
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand automation requirements and translate them into technical specifications
- Ability to monitor and troubleshoot automated processes to ensure smooth operation and timely resolution of any issues
- Conduct regular reviews and updates of automation processes to ensure they meet changing business needs and technological advancements
