Senior Manager(Plant Operations)

This is an immediate vacancy with one of our clients.

The company is a leading manufacturing organisation based at Kolkata. They are looking for a seasoned professional in Plant Operations.

Job Location: Howrah

This role will require managing a multi-location team and control the function across factories, warehouses and offices while being based at HQ.

Responsibilities:

• Handling the operations of a manufacturing Plant.
• Maintenance of current quality standards.
• Involved in increasing production asset.
• Implementing QA and QC(Plant Level).
• Meeting Statutory and Audit requirements.
• General administration of Plants.
• Will be involved in commercial negotiations.
• Execution of any on site work and new development.

Qualifications:

• The candidate must be a Graduate( B.E./ B.Tech in Mechanical preferred).
• 10+ years of experience(6+ years in continuous process industry).
• Manufacturing sector experience would be preferred.

• Indicative CTC: 10-12 LPA
