Cycle count, physical inventory variance and accounting, Annual stock counts c. FA Verification d. Absorption / recovery and capacity utilization monitoring for plant e. Variance Analysis, yield monitoring f. Preparation and validation of cost sheets 6. Budget preparation, forecasting Monitoring deviation therefrom 7. Cost control, cost reduction, Opex control and review 8. Co-ordinate with plant management to analyze / optimize cost and enhance profitability 9. Putting systems, process, controls on shopfloor and stores area 10. CAPEX Investment descisions, Make Vs Buy Analysis 11. Post CAPEX, Investment analysis

Competencies Required Functional
Having hands on experience of Plant Accounting and controlling including Ind AS and CAS
Costing and Inventory, AP and AR function in ERP environment (Preferably in Oracle).
Good analytical skills and sound knowledge of MIS preparation.
Proficient in Excel/ Power Point and BI/AI Tools Behavioural
Good Interpersonal skills. Self Starter
Excellent Communication skills and effective communication.
