Overview

The Manager plays a key role in developing 3-5 year Revenue Growth Management (RGM) strategies focusing on occasion-based Price Pack Architecture (PPA), promo and mix mangement. This role is responsible for optimizing product and pricing strategies to maximize brand equity, profitability, and consumer engagement within the Franchise (Bottlers) ecosystem. The consultant is expected to manage a team to draft the recommendations in close coordination with the global franchise managers.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Lead a team to identify strategic PPA opportunities to meet client needs and enhance franchise P&L performance.
  • Understand consumer behavior and market trends to tailor brand positioning and pricing strategies.
  • Refine the PPA to enhance pack fitment with consumer & shopper needs in collaboration with Franshise managers and revenue leads.
  • Engage with cross-functional teams to align strategies with franchise goals and regulatory standards, providing client-focused solutions.
  • Develop and implement long-term strategies to maximize brand value and profitability in response to client needs.
  • Demonstrate deep expertise in RGM and franchise management, particularly within the beverage industry.
  • Effectively manage relationships with senior stakeholders, ensuring strategic alignment and impactful recommendations.
  • Apply a consultative approach and strong analytical skills to solve complex problems and drive growth.
  • Use data-driven insights to elevate consumer experience and strengthen brand perception across the franchise network.
  • Experience in Revenue Growth Management (RGM) and Franchise Management within the beverage industry is recommended.
  • Ability to think dynamically and demonstrate a willingness to go above and beyond.
  • Assessment of the expected impact of the recommendations, based on calculated assumptions.
  • Proven ability to manage complex and senior stakeholders effectively.

The Franchise Strategy consultant uses advanced analytics to align brand and pricing strategies with strategic goals, compliance standards, and customer satisfaction.


Responsibilities

  • Use advanced analytics (Tableau/Power BI) to create predictive models, analyze price elasticity, and optimize promotions for franchise revenue growth.
  • Support RGM projects like promotions optimization, terms prioritization, competitor benchmarking, and Price Pack Architecture (PPA) to enhance franchise performance.
  • Conduct statistical and trend analysis to identify market opportunities, highlight franchise strengths, and suggest corrective actions.
  • Monitor and develop KPI metrics, uncovering correlations and root causes to guide data-driven decisions for franchise partners.
  • Build and maintain dashboards to provide franchise stakeholders with actionable insights and accelerate decision-making.
  • Develop methods and reports to make data insights accessible and actionable across the franchise network.
  • Ensure timely, accurate reporting to Revenue Management teams, meeting SLAs.
  • Improve the use of operational and performance data to support Business Intelligence (BI) and franchise growth initiatives.
  • Assist in developing training and capability plans for team members to ensure continuous growth and expertise.
  • Apply a consultative approach, demonstrate strong analytical skills, and maintain a deep understanding of RGM and franchise dynamics

Qualifications

  • Proven analytics experience in pricing and promotions management, with a deep understanding of pricing strategies, market dynamics, and consumer behavior in a franchise context.
  • Strong experience in the FMCG sector with expertise in Revenue Management processes, including promotions, pricing, and sales, particularly within franchise operations.
  • Proficient in financial systems and tools (SAP, Tableau, Microsoft Office) for data analysis and reporting.
  • Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to quickly learn in-house software for data analysis.
  • Working knowledge of Power BI, with coding skills in R familiarity with Python and SQL is preferred for advanced data analysis.
  • Working knowledge of Power BI software and coding skills to effectively work with R software. Knowledge of Python and SQL is preferred for broader data analysis capabilities
  • In-depth understanding of statistical modeling, including regression analysis and elasticity computations, to carry out simulations and build/automate models that support pricing and promotions decisions
  • Demonstrated ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for data-driven decision-making.
  • Strong consultative approach to problem-solving and analytical acumen, with awareness of Revenue Growth Management (RGM) and franchise dynamics.
  • Effective team player who collaborates well across functions to develop cohesive pricing and promotions strategies.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to present insights and recommendations clearly to stakeholders.
  • Willingness to go beyond expectations to solve challenges and drive success for franchise partners.
  • Highly organized and responsive, with ability to work to SLAs and tight deadlines
  • Numerate thinker, good at data analysis with strong attention to detail
  • Language skills - English fluent
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills proactively communicates using appropriate methods for situation and audience in clear, concise and professional manner
  • Ability to work collaboratively and proactively with multi-functional teams
  • Be flexible, organized and able to handle competing priorities
