Job Responsibilities

Argano is seeking an experienced and dynamic People Business Partner to join our growing team. As a People Business Partner at Argano, you will play a critical role in aligning our human resources strategy with the overall business objectives. You will work closely with leaders and employees to provide HR guidance, support, and solutions, ensuring a positive work environment and contributing to the achievement of our organizational goals.

- Partner with business leaders to understand their strategic objectives and workforce needs, and develop HR strategies and initiatives that support these goals.
- Provide expert advice and guidance to leaders and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement talent management programs, employee engagement initiatives, and performance management processes.
- Act as a liaison between employees and management, addressing employee concerns and fostering a culture of open communication.
- Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of talent, ensuring that candidates are aligned with Argano's culture and values.
- Lead employee relations efforts, including conflict resolution, investigations, and disciplinary actions, when necessary.
- Partner with the Learning and Development team to identify training needs and develop learning programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
- Analyze HR metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement and proactively recommend solutions.
- Stay updated on HR laws and regulations and ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience as a People Business Partner or similar role in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with leaders and employees at all levels.
- Proven experience in talent management, performance management, and employee engagement.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- High level of integrity and ethical behavior.
Location: Hyderabad / Pune / Bengaluru
