Collaborate with teams in the BIS sourcing offices to facilitate development and growth of Denim dressing & Tops category;
Co-creation - Establish a robust Co-creation Process to leverage design and development capabilities of the global supply base and support with newness in line with key CTC dates;
Sharing of market Intel with PD in San Francisco - Stay up to date on industry trends, trade shows, and fashion forecasting resources to develop innovation & maximize sales;
Sharing of breakthrough innovations , new sustainable materials , new processes and technology in the market to benchmark and keep abreast with the market;
Digital way of sample development and approval & facilitate the goal of buy ready 2nd photo ;
BIS lead for projects e.g costing tool , coal phase out , reduction of water usage etc and other projects that will come up;
Support in New supplier development as per requirement;
Vendor management (upgrade of ratings ) - Development of vendor scorecard and working towards driving regular discussions with Vendor on their performance based on the organisation s deliverables and expectations;
Responsible for collating and tracking adoption rates to improve YOY sample hit rate ;
