- The Senior Manager - Package/Plant Engineering will lead a team of engineers and drafters in the creation, coordination, and delivery of high-quality engineering output for Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) projects.
- They will also ensure the provision of timely and accurate engineering drawing sets to customers.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Oversee the generation and delivery of engineering outputs, including P&ID, General Arrangement (GA) layouts, and Bill of Materials (BOM) for EPC projects..
- Ensure the BOM is accurately filled into the SAP system, coordinating the supply chain management and procurement process.
- Utilize and oversee the application of engineering software such as Plant3D, AutoCAD Mechanical, and other relevant tools to produce project deliverables.
- Coordinate effectively with the Electrical and Instrumentation (E&I) team to ensure alignment in project execution.
- Ensure all engineering deliverables meet established standards, regulations, and customer requirements.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to the engineering team, fostering a collaborative, productive, and positive work environment.
- Monitor and report on project progress, challenges, and solutions to stakeholders and senior management.
