What You Would Do
- Leading Recon and Chargeback team
- Ensure organisation level daily reconciliation of all accounts and CMS balances
- Timely closure of all customer complaints related to card transactions
- Regulatory reporting to bank as agreed frequency and during timelines
- Ensuring automation and process improvisation to ensure smooth functioning of recon and chargeback operations.
- Card transactions Cost and Revenue analysis
- Regular bank & team meetings to ensure smooth process
What You Must Have
- 10-12 years of work experience in Recon & Chargeback Operations
- Graduate or Post Graduate in finance & accounting from universities.
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills (Fluency in English is mandatory)
- Sound Analytical & Logical Reasoning skills
- Proficient in MS applications to ensure analysis, reporting & documentation)
- Experience in fintech/banking is a plus
Knowledge of card transactions cycle and Visa/Mastercard network settlement.
