Position: Senior Manager, Public Partnership Division

Position Summary:
The Senior Manager for the Public Partnership Division plays a critical role in supporting the Head of the Division in forging partnerships with public entities and operationalising the organization's strategies with government bodies. The role demands active liaison, tactical planning, and a hands-on approach to ensure timely execution and monitoring of public-partnered projects.
Key Responsibilities and Duties:
Operational Leadership: Assist the Head of the Division in the day-to-day operations, ensuring tasks are on track and aligned with organizational objectives.
Partnership Development: Actively engage with officials from various ministries, PSUs, and other governmental bodies, aiding in the development and nurturing of strategic relationships.
Building relations: Develop Industry connections and presence in Business forums, with corporate presentations whenever required.
Project Management: Oversee and manage the execution of public-partnered projects, ensuring they adhere to stipulated timelines and quality benchmarks.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with managers, strategists, coordinators, and associates in the division, ensuring seamless communication and efficient project delivery.
Work closely with Nisarg leadership, finance, legal, and strategy teams to establish public policy and advocacy initiatives, agenda, and roadmap.
Actively monitor and communicate relevant regulatory/policy activities, develop internal policy positioning, conduct impact analysis, build mitigation strategies and policy-related collateral.
Financial Review Analysis: Reviewing and analysing financial statements and reports and assisting project teams with financial guidance, & ensuring compliance with financial guidelines, company policies, and relevant legal regulations.
Project Review Analysis:Evaluate the detailed financials and project viability, ability to review DPR's, TEV's for Credit evaluation with structuring the proposed funding against the project costing, empanel the TEV services with govt. officials & PPP.
Proposal Drafting & Alignment: Collaborate with the project strategists to develop and align project proposals in line with both governmental requirements and the foundation's vision.
Risk Assessment: Assist in evaluating project feasibility, foreseeing potential challenges, and developing mitigation strategies.
Report Generation: Periodically create detailed reports on the progress, challenges, and outcomes of the projects for review by the Head of the Division and other senior stakeholders.
Continuous Learning: Stay abreast of changes in relevant government schemes, policies, and potential partnership opportunities.
Qualifications and Experience:
1. Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Business Administration, Management, or a related field. A Master's degree would be an added advantage.
2. 7-8 years of experience in public partnership roles or government liaison positions.
3. Demonstrable experience in project management with an understanding of governmental processes and requirements.
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Proficiency in relevant computer applications and project management tools.
