Applications are invited for the post of Senior Manager - MEP Engineering
Experience: 15-20 years of relevant experience in manufacturing firm or in real estate
Location: INXT City Centre, Sector 83, Gurgaon (Manesar)
Responsibilities
- Knowledge of MEP design to include types of equipment utilized in the industry as well as general understanding of systems designs.
- General understanding of other building trade disciples such as civil, interior, landscape, process and structural and how they relate to MEP system design and construction.
- General understanding of code and regulation of MEP work.
- Ability to read one line diagrams, P&IDs, equipment plans and plan drawings for all disciplines.
- MEP designing, detailing & project coordination for residential, commercial and Infra projects.
- Preparing reports, estimation & final desired analysis as per IS codes.
- Making calculations about loads.
- Fit out review.
Qualifications
- Mechanical or Electrical University degree in Engineering
- MEP Design/Execution experience is must
- Working knowledge of plans, prints, specifications, and schematics associated with trade
- 15-20 years of construction experience with working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing
- Construction procedures and practices
- Computer literate
- Possess excellent communication and organizational skills
- Commercial projects experience is a must
