Monks is looking for a
Senior Manager, Media Strategy & Operations who will be working with a diverse group of cross-functional teams to manage and activate online marketing engagement channel programs for one of its top-tier global clients.

The Senior Manager should be comfortable and highly adaptable in running both Agile and Waterfall in a fast-paced environment where he / she will be working with various cross-functional teams across the regions both within the agency and on the client-side to deliver high-quality online marketing campaigns and content that are well-managed, timely and within budget. He / she is a fast and flexible go-getter who is passionate about digital marketing, love numbers, keen to learn, process and result driven. Someone who jumps on new opportunities, a good team player and works independently if needed.

What You'll Do
- Build and launch digital marketing campaigns across various media channels and devices on desktop, mobile and tablet
- Serve as the regional point of contact to the assigned domain area with the media delivery team and key client stakeholders
- Work closely with account, creative, media or ad delivery / activation and analytics team to ensure campaigns are trafficked / executed / delivered efficiently within policy guidelines & brief
- Gather, develop and formulate campaign requirements, creative needs from client and / or with the agency account team into a proper campaign execution / ingestion brief (copy, creative assets, audience segments, etc.)
- Track and monitor campaign delivery from briefing, execution and post launch ensuring that all are launched in timely manner within the agreed requirements, cost & schedule and inventory allocation; as well as flag campaign risk and mitigation planning
- Ensure project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately on the server
- Maintain master calendar with the media delivery team for all marketing driven campaigns and manage changing project priorities, asks efficiently with the team
- Be an expert with campaign / channel policy and overall management to advise the regional client and / or local markets on feasibility of campaign delivery
- Collaborate with media delivery and analytics team to review overall campaign performance data & insights to share findings / reports with client as required
- Proactively and collaboratively look for opportunities to improve process where needed to increase efficiencies to drive higher business impact
- Manage campaign / program delivery using different project management methodologies based on need (e.g. Agile, Scrum, Waterfall)
- Work with multiple cross-functional teams (creatives, product teams, marketing teams, analytics, legal, etc.) from within the agency and with client teams
What We Need Of You
- Bachelors Degree with 6-7 years of experience in campaign / project management role preferably in media agency, working closely with clients and cross functional teams (i.e. account managers, art directors, developers)
- Hands-on experience in campaign / ad operations (e.g. paid trueview video ads, GDN, paid social, email platform) and understanding of performance metrics (e.g. CTR, CVR)
- Love numbers and comfortable reviewing & provide basic actionable insights analysis if needed and / or working with media delivery and analytics teams to extrapolate insights
- Creative agency experience and familiarity with Figma is a plus
- Proficient in Google Suite: Drive, Docs, Slides, Sheets or equivalent (e.g., Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Ability to lead, develop and manage project timeline, execution and delivery
- Ability to lead, manage multiple complex projects simultaneously, multi-tasking where needed. Identify and prioritize campaign priorities as needed
- Process driven and ability to identify areas of improvement with recommendations to drive higher delivery / execution efficiencies and quality output
- Have experience in both Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies
- High energy and go-getter attitude; work well within a team and independently
- Good English written and verbal communication skills
- Flexible and adaptable to fast-paced / changing environments and business needs
- Sense of humour and strong team orientation; comfortable working with cross-border global / region / local distributed teams
- High attention to detail and eager to learn
