Purpose :
- To provide legal advice in relation to all financing / loan and M&A documentation entered into by the Company:
Key Result Areas (Key Performance Indicators) :
- Advising the company in relation to all financing transactions including acquisition finance, project finance, bond issuance, term loan, working capital loans.
- Drafting, reviewing of the aforesaid agreements and highlighting key issues to the senior management.
- Advising the company in relation to M&A transactions. Drafting and reviewing SPA, SSA, SHA and other acquisition related documentation.
- Good knowledge of IBC and linked financing aspects.
- Reviewing and negotiating agreements and providing inputs and advice to the management.
- Staying up-to-date on developments and trends in the industry, track upcoming laws and regulations.
- Providing timely legal advice to business functions, engaging and instructing external counsels
Educational Background and Work Experience :
- LL.B. from a reputed law school.
- 7-12 years work experience. Law firm background is preferable.
